題目:豐子愷散文的修辭研究 

                      摘要

豐子愷(1898-1975)是中國現代著名的藝術家、教育家,也是傑出的文學家,在繪畫與文學創作上擁有極大成就。本論文以現代漢語修辭方法基礎,針對豐子愷在散文方面的作品,進行修辭藝術的分析與論述。

論文首先就漢語修辭的基本理論作綜合的整理。將中國古代修辭的發展過程,以及各階段學者對修辭的見解、成果,依歷史朝代作重點式的摘述。其後討論現代漢語的修辭原則,並置重點於現代漢語修辭論著的代表《修辭學發凡》一書,探討現代漢語修辭方式的主要意涵,即「消極修辭」與「積極修辭」兩方面的分野。

其次將豐子愷的生平,依童年、學生、留學、任教、戰時逃難、轉型與晚年等各階段分期詳述。並依其在文藝上的創作歷程,將繪畫、音樂及文學三方面的作品與思想,作一彙整論述。

論文主要論述部分為豐子愷散文的修辭研究。藉由彙集各修辭學者對積極修辭方式(即修辭格)的定義與說明,分別就豐子愷「隨筆、小品散文」與「童話」二者為對象,逐條進行作品文句的研析,並以此為據,對豐子愷創作時運用修辭的現象及蘊含的藝術特色作綜合的結論。

                        A study on the rhetoric of Feng Zikai’s prose
                                           
                                                                       Abstract

Feng Zika (1898-1975), a prominent artist, educator, and outstanding litterateur in modern China, made a remarkable achievement in paintings and literature throughout his lifetime. This study focused on Feng Zika’s prose-related works using contemporary Mandarin Chinese rhetoric rules to analyze and discourse about the rhetoric of Feng Zika’s prose-related works.

First of all, this study reorganized the basic theories of Mandarin Chinese rhetoric, discoursed about the development of rhetoric in ancient China, categorized various scholars’ views of rhetoric in different epochs as well as their contributions to Mandarin Chinese rhetoric, summarized the rhetoric rules adopted by scholars in different dynasties in a chronological sequence, and reviewed the contemporary Mandarin Chinese rhetoric using the rules listed in the classical treatise of contemporary Mandarin Chinese rhetoric An Introduction to Rhetoric as the guideline to explore the implications of contemporary Mandarin Chinese rhetoric, i.e. the distinction between passive rhetoric and active rhetoric.

Secondly, this study portrayed Feng Zika’s life in details – childhood, college time, study abroad, teacher, wartime refugee, transformation period, and later years, followed by a full discourse upon the paintings, music, and literature created by Feng Zika throughout his lifetime as well as his thoughts associated with his artworks and literature.

This study focused on the rhetoric of Feng Zika’s prose using the definitions and descriptions made by various rhetoric scholars in connection with active rhetoric (rhetoric devices) to analyze Feng Zika’s informal essays and skits, and fairy tales sentence by sentence. In conclusion, this study presented how Feng Zika applied rhetoric to his artworks and how his artworks and literature reveal art features based on the findings and discourses stated above.
